Stay in the top floor of Halifax's hotest new property built in Dec 2020. People say "WHOA!!" as to how close they are to the water. The ocean can be seen right from your living room and master bedroom. Stand in the private deck of your master bedroom with 180 degree views of the water sipping our delcious local Just Us! coffee or tea in the morning. Laylaty is the arabic word for my night which you will always remember here.

House Rules

Shoes must be taken off in the main entrance before going up the stairs. This area is secure and your shoes could be left on the shoe rack available to you. Water damage to the stairwell will result in a damage fee.
No parties or events are allowed whatsoever on the property. If a party or event takes place the police will be called to escort you off the property and no refund will be provided for any remaining nights booked.
No unregistered guests allowed on the property. The maximum occpuancy of the property is 5 persons and they should all be registered in your booking. Non-direct family members should have their AirBnB profiles added to the registration. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking with no refund.
No eating or drinking allowed in the bedrooms. Any extra cleaning or damage caused by this will result in a charge of $50 per room.
All dishes must be cleaned prior to check out and the sink left in a clean state. If the dishwasher is used it should be turned on prior to checking out to give ample time before the next guest checks in. Extra cleaning of dishes will result in an extra charge.
Coasters have to be used all the time with drinks as well as table clothes and placing mats.
Smoking of marjuana is strictly prohibited on the property. In an event that you smoke marjuana on the property your reservation will be canceled and no refunds provided on any remaining nights.
No smoking is allowed inside the property. You are allowed to smoke cigarettes on your deck, but cigarette butts must be throw in the garbage. Any extra cleaning of the property or back yard will result in an extra charge.
If you wear fake tan, please bring your own linen as any linen stained by fake tan will incur an extra charge.
Lights should be turned off when away.
No pets allowed on the property.
Check out time is 11am and check in time is 3pm. Late check out of more than 1 hour will result in a $50 charge. Late check out of 2 hours or more will result in a charge of a full night base rate and any extra costs to re-book the next guest in another location while we get the place ready. You will not be allowed to stay the night even with the extra night charge.
Quiet hours are in place between 10pm-7am. Guests should try and keep noise levels low at all times as there are others living in the same building.
There is only one parking spot available. If you drive two vehicles you will have to park your second vehicle at the end of the road and respect all city rules.
This is a self check-in property. You must read the check in email that will be sent to you and will have the code to the main door. You will have the suite keys left on the table by the suite door. In the event that you loose the suite key you will incur a charge of $50.
You must have an active phone number that you can be reached on at all times. Failure to have an active phone number will result in a cancelation of your reservation and no refund provided.
Wash cloths should not be used to remove makeup. Any stains left on wash cloths that can not be removed will result in a replace cost charge. All towels are to be left on the beds, please do not throw on the floor.
Lower back deck is not accessible to guests as it is part of the private residence of the owners. Guests can walk through it in the summer to access the dock or boat house.
House code is not to be shared with anyone (visitors, delivery, etc..) . It is only for guests staying in the property.Please do not let delivery men in, make sure to pick up your orders personally from the door. No food is to be left in the unit , please make sure clear the fridge and kitchen from all personal food items before checkout.

With AirBnB's hightened covid guidelines, we have a professional cleaning company that completes a thorough cleaning and santizing of all contact surfaces, all linens are replaced including bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, throws, bath mats and towels.

--PARKING--
There is free reserved parking available at the property for one vehicle in the driveway. If you drive more than one vehicle there is extra parking at the end of the street and you must follow city rules.
Guest interaction
This is a private property with its own enterance and it is part of a large home. The owners live on the lower three floors with a long term tenant living in the other suite. You will have your complete privacy during your stay. You will not have access to the main back lower deck as it is part of the owners residence, but you can walk through it to access the dock or boat house. We will be available for assistance anytime by phone or text as well as the owners living below. Also in your suite there is a Google Nest equiped to answer all your questions about Halifax, our property and any recommendations we have for you.
Neighborhood overview
The property is on a small quiet street located just 10 mins away from downtown Halifax. On the main road you have access to various yatch clubs if you need to launch a boat and you are just mins away from Quinpool Rd. with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. At the end of our road is one of the most beautiful walking trails in the city which will take you on a nice stroll along the water.

The NorthWest Arm is a great spot to Kayak during the summer months and for those more adventurous you can make a day trip and venture to McNab Island.
