House Rules

Shoes must be taken off in the main entrance before walking into the house. Shoes could be left on the shoe rack available to you. Water damage to the stairwell as well as floors will result in a damage fee.
No parties or events are allowed whatsoever on the property. If a party or event takes place the police will be called to escort you off the property and no refund will be provided for any remaining nights booked.
No unregistered guests allowed on the property. The maximum occpuancy of the property is 6 persons and they should all be registered in your booking. Non-direct family members should have their AirBnB profiles added to the registration. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking with no refund.
No eating or drinking allowed in the bedrooms. Any extra cleaning or damage caused by this will result in a charge of $50 per room.
All dishes must be cleaned prior to check out and the sink left in a clean state. If the dishwasher is used it should be turned on prior to checking out to give ample time before the next guest checks in. Extra cleaning of dishes will result in an extra charge.Stove and oven to be cleaned as well.
Smoking of marjuana is strictly prohibited on the property. In an event that you smoke marjuana on the property your reservation will be canceled and no refunds provided on any remaining nights.
No smoking is allowed inside the property. You are allowed to smoke cigarettes on your deck, but cigarette butts must be throw in the garbage. Any extra cleaning of the property or back yard will result in an extra charge.
If you wear fake tan, please bring your own linen as any linen stained by fake tan will incur an extra charge.
Lights should be turned off when away.
No pets allowed on the property.
Check out time is 10 am and check in time is 4 pm. Late check out of more than 1 hour will result in a $50 charge. Late check out of 2 hours or more will result in a charge of a full night base rate and any extra costs to re-book the next guest in another location while we get the place ready. You will not be allowed to stay the night even with the extra night charge.
Quiet hours are in place between 10pm-7am. Guests should try and keep noise levels low at all times as there are others stayig in the same building.
There is only one parking spot available . If you have a second vehicle park your second vehicle on the street and respect all city rules.
This is a self check-in property. You must read the check in email that will be sent to you and will have the code to the main door.
You must have an active phone number that you can be reached on at all times. Failure to have an active phone number will result in a cancelation of your reservation and no refund provided.
Wash cloths should not be used to remove makeup. Any stains left on wash cloths that can not be removed will result in a replace cost charge. All towels are to be left on the beds, please do not throw on the floor.
There is a lower level separate unit next to the laundry room and cannot be accessed unless booked separately. The area below the stairs in front of the laundry room is a common area for the two units and is under 24 hours surveillance.
The laundry is shared so please respect the space for others to use.
Please use coasters under mugs and glasses at all times.
No food is to be left in the unit , please make sure clear the fridge and kitchen from all personal food items before checkout.
